These terms cover the NovaPath website and the Second Brain app. By using either one, you agree to them.

The website

The site describes NovaPath’s services and shares guides and articles. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation. Prices, scope and deliverables for any paid work are set in a separate written agreement.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse the site. That means no attempts to break it, flood its forms, or collect data from it in bulk.

Our content

NovaPath owns the text, design and code on this site. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Ask us before reusing anything else.

Second Brain

Second Brain is a private tool NovaPath runs for its own work. It reads Google Calendar and Gmail data only as described in the privacy policy. You can remove its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site and Second Brain accurate and available, but we provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, NovaPath is not liable for losses caused by using them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
