What is sent
When you ask a question or choose a suggested prompt, your message and up to four recent messages are sent through NovaPath and Vercel AI Gateway to OpenAI to generate a response. The page does not send your name or email from other forms. Please do not include contact details, student information, client financial records, passwords or other private data.
Conversation and usage data
Conversation text stays in this page’s memory and is cleared when you reload, leave or choose Start over. NovaPath does not save guide conversations in its application database or intentionally log their text. We ask OpenAI not to store the response as a retrievable conversation; OpenAI may retain data for security and abuse monitoring under its API policies. Vercel AI Gateway records operational information such as the model, provider, request outcome, token usage and cost. Standard hosting request logs may also record technical data such as IP address and request time.
To limit abuse and cost, NovaPath stores temporary usage counters with a daily, one-way visitor identifier rather than a raw IP address. The guides do not submit an inquiry, book a meeting, take payment or enroll you automatically. Choosing “Use this outline in my inquiry” copies the draft into the form for your review; you must submit that form yourself.
Your choices
You can use the page’s payment, meeting and library links without using the guide. Guide conversations are not counted as ad conversions. Separate analytics choices and the Ledgerwise inquiry measurement choice remain unchanged.
