CoachingOS is software NovaPath builds for that cycle. This is a product description, not a case study. It is not a claim about a named campus, and it is not a scoreboard.
What the product is for
CoachingOS is designed to help a coaching team:
- Capture what was observed in a form that can be reviewed later.
- Name an instructional focus so the next visit is not a fresh start from memory.
- Record a next step the teacher and coach can both see.
The intended users are people who already have a coaching practice — in district schools and charter networks — and need a shared system around it. The software does not replace a coach’s judgment. It is meant to hold the trail from evidence to action.
What this page is not
It is not a customer story. We do not use a school’s name here as public proof, and we do not invent adoption figures to make the product sound further along than a conversation can establish.
When a school leader refers a colleague, the useful questions are usually ordinary ones:
